MSIC Partners offers underwriting-only support for credit unions that manage their own processing and closing functions. This level is ideal for coverage during staffing transitions, volume fluctuations, or temporary leave. Loans are underwritten in accordance with your credit union’s standards and guidelines. The underwriting-only option is available for both First and Second Mortgages.
