At the Silver Program Level, your credit union originates the mortgage, and MSIC Partners discloses, processes, underwrites, and closes — entirely in your credit union’s name. This model allows your team to maintain the member-facing relationship while leveraging MSIC Partners as your operational mortgage production center. Additionally, MSIC Partners gives the credit union access to the Encompass LOS at no charge.

At MSIC Partners, we cap the fees we charge to the CU, making our Silver Level extremely affordable.
